Improving the health of our communities needs the support of different professionals and services across many organisations - not just the NHS.
The ICB will replace and take on responsibility of the eight clinical commissioning groups (CCGs).
As well as its strategic functions, ICB staff will work at place and with local health and wellbeing boards (HWWBs) in each of our 14 local authority areas. The ICB's place-based teams will also work alongside our 64 primary care networks (PCNs) which are groups of local GP practices, social care teams and other community-based care providers.
As the work of the ICB evolves more information on the work in each area will be updated here. Please use the below links to archived CCG websites and local area ICB work.
