Bringing together a wealth of useful resources, it gives health and social care colleagues a place to share ideas, celebrate successes, and make a positive impact on the lives of patients and each other.
We're Connecting
We held our first learning and improvement community event in September. It was a great day with a clear commitment and enthusiasm for change and to move at pace to share learning and work collectively across health and care to support those who need help the most at a time when they need it most.
