Chief finance officer, David Chandler

David has worked in the NHS at a senior level for more than 20 years and has extensive experience across the acute, community, mental health sector, as well as in commissioning. Before taking up this post he was interim executive director of finance for the Integrated Care Board and was the chief officer and chief finance officer for Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). David is also the chair of the Northern Branch of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and a non-executive director for a large multi-school academy.
