Confidential support for health and care staff
The North East and North Cumbria Staff Wellbeing Hub offers free, confidential support for anyone working in health or social care across our region. Whether you are looking for support for yourself, interested in one of our groups, or would like to find out more about one of our specialist offers, we are here to help.
How we can help
Life can be tough, whether it's problems at work, at home, or both. Whatever you’re dealing with, we’re here to listen and help. Here's what we offer:
- an appointment with an experienced mental health professional.
- up to three short support sessions after your first meeting.
- guidance to other services if you need more help.
There are three ways to contact the Staff Wellbeing Hub:
- complete the online form
- email hubstheword@cntw.nhs.uk
- leave a confidential message on 0191 223 2030
The online form is the easiest way to contact us: it will ask you a few questions to find out more about you and what you are going through. This information is then sent directly to our admin team who will process your referral and contact you within one working day to arrange your first appointment.
Emails and voicemails will be responded to within one working day.
