The programme runs a series of monthly webinars, hosted by the Northern Housing Consortium, for people working across health, housing and care to learn, share best practice and design solutions together. 

Join us for our second webinar 'Home is where health begins - social prescribing approaches' which will be held online on Tuesday 11 February from 10 - 12pm. The webinar will explore the power of social prescribing and how it connects people to non-medical services, such as housing, to address underlying social, economic, and environmental factors affecting health and wellbeing. The event will highlight innovative strategies, successful case studies, and collaborative frameworks that bridge the gap between housing providers and healthcare services. There will be opportunities to engage in discussions about how partnerships between these sectors can lead to healthier and more resilient communities.
