Register of procurement decisions and conflicts
NENC ICB maintains a register of procurement decisions and contracts awarded, which also includes a record of any related conflicts of interest as appropriate. This is updated monthly.
You can view the information on The NHS Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR), Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024 (procurement thresholds) here.
Relevant authorities must publish a summary of their application of the PSR annually online in accordance with Regulation 25 of The Healthcare Service (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations (PSR). Attached is NHS North East and North Cumbria ICB's first annual summary to relate to contracts awarded using the PSR between 1 January 2024 – 31 March 2025.
