Getting in touch is simple. You can:

If you, or someone you know are in a mental health crisis, you can now call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.

If you are deaf or have hearing loss, please use NHS 111 - SignVideo or use the 18001 111 Relay UK app.

Your privacy matters to us

We understand how important privacy is to you. Here’s how we keep your information safe:

  • Your information is stored securely in a separate system that only our Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub team can access.
  • We will always ask for your permission before sharing your information with anyone else.
  • We may share general, anonymous information to help improve our service, but this will never include your personal details.

In very rare situations, we may have to break confidentiality. This could happen if:

  • There are serious concerns about someone’s safety (e.g. safeguarding issues).
  • There is an immediate and significant risk that cannot be managed in any other way.

We are here to support you and will always prioritise your privacy and trust.
