As the largest Integrated Care System in England, effective engagement across our population of over three million people, is key to our success.
Involving partners, stakeholders and the public in the planning, design and delivery of health and care services is essential to ensuring that we develop and improve services and reduce inequalities, by sharing the views and experiences of the people we serve.
We continue to work closely with partners across the NHS, our local authorities, our diverse third sector and Healthwatch.
The North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board uses a range of engagement approaches and is establishing new and innovative methods to support people and communities to be meaningfully involved.
