To deliver 'Better health and wellbeing for all' - our ten-year plan to improve health, reduce inequalities and tackle the causes of ill-health - we have in place a range of programmes and delivery plans. Many of these have been developed together with our Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) and organisations across the region including local councils, hospital trusts, housing providers, universities, Healthwatch and voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations (VCSEs) and many more.
