Fraudulent Call Alert- County Durham

We are aware of a fraudulent telephone call whereby a patient was contacted by someone claiming to be from a pharmacy in County Durham. 

The person, who said they were called 'Charles' and rang from an 0203 number said they wanted to update the patient's records and requested their credit card/visa details. 

The Police and Counter Fraud teams are aware.
