A wildflower planting trial was established at NEAS in October 2021. Sowing of seeds began at four ambulance stations with an aim of providing a partial bloom in spring 2022, with a full bloom a year later. The Trust as part of their Green Plan have committed to integrating green spaces across the estate of 57 properties both to benefit biodiversity as well as staff wellbeing.
