We will be in touch within a working day or so. Appointments are usually by video or phone.


We know how important confidentiality is to the people we help. Your information will be kept confidentially within our separate secure recording system. Only the Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub team have access to this. We would ask for your permission before sharing your confidential information with anyone else. We share anonymised aggregated service information as part of service evaluation and development, but individual identifiable information is not shared. As with any service, there may be very rare occasions when we are required to override confidentiality. Examples of such rare situations are safeguarding issues, or significant immediate risk that cannot be otherwise managed.
